This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through rignutrition.com.
By placing an order with RIG NUTRITION, you agree to the shipping terms below.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will normally receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
United States: approximately 6–12 business days
International destinations: approximately 10–15 business days
Most orders are delivered within approximately 8–15 business days total, including processing time.
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
carrier delays;
customs processing;
weather conditions;
high-volume shipping periods;
transportation disruptions;
local delivery issues;
or other logistical events.
RIG NUTRITION is not responsible for delays caused solely by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping fees may vary depending on:
destination;
shipping method;
order size;
product quantity;
and available promotions.
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Please allow some time after shipment for carrier tracking information to update.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may lawfully be imported into their country.
International shipments may be subject to:
customs duties;
import taxes;
brokerage charges;
local taxes;
or other government fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price charged by RIG NUTRITION.
Customs clearance may also delay delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
RIG NUTRITION may not be responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We may work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment before determining the appropriate resolution.
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:
around the delivery location;

with building reception or mailrooms;
and directly with the carrier.
If the package is still missing, contact us and we will review the situation.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

and clear photographs where appropriate.
Eligible cases may be resolved through a replacement, reshipment, or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer did not collect it, additional shipping or return costs may apply.
