This Cancellation Policy explains how you can manage, modify, or cancel these purchases.
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.
Depending on the subscription option selected, your order may renew automatically at the applicable interval shown at the time of purchase.
Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and will be automatically charged for each recurring order unless you cancel your subscription before the applicable renewal is processed.
Your subscription will continue until cancelled.
Where available, you may manage certain subscription details, including:
product quantity;
delivery frequency;
shipping address;
selected product or variation;
and upcoming subscription orders.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.
Cancellation will prevent future subscription renewals once it has been successfully processed.
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to reduce the risk that your next order has already entered processing.
If a recurring order has already been charged, processed, or shipped before your cancellation request is completed, cancelling the subscription will not automatically cancel or refund that order.
Any refund eligibility for an already processed order will be determined according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize RIG NUTRITION and our payment providers to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled renewal.
The amount charged may include:
the applicable subscription price;
shipping charges;
and any applicable taxes.
If your payment method cannot be successfully charged, we may retry the payment or temporarily pause the subscription.
If the price of an active subscription changes, we may notify you before the new price applies to a future renewal where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for previous or already processed orders.
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, including our applicable money-back guarantee.
